This is inspiring to see...I have no doubt you played a key part in this evolution for her. I love that it was restorative and healing for you all...the Costa Rican landscape also holds us with its own form of genius. Good for you all. And yes re: imagining (visualizing!) the end goal. I do this with my own death, actually. How's that for strategic planning? Hee hee! Love you dearly and congratulations to Diana!

Ha we did so many death visualizations this week! They're powerful! Sunni you would probably really resonate with Diana's work. I'll make sure you get a book when hers is out -- and then yours to her!

That's really important to do - how was that for you? They can be intense, moving, frightening, all that. Whenever we speak next, I'll be sure to ask about that. Sometimes, death meditations are game-changers. I know them from Tibetan practice but I'm sure many other traditions have them. And thank you for being supportive of us both. Do you know how many ripples you've made? Endless positive impact, Jennie. Endless.

I’ll email you so we can find each other…FYI, while working on nonfiction I’m also working on fiction. It did not occur to me that fiction could be healing even while it can be gut-wrenching. I had no idea.
